We provide complimentary standard transportation for all purchases destined for the United Kingdom and Australia. If you have any questions regarding how your merchandise will be transported, please contact our support division at info@vexfa.com.

Delivery Regions
The guidelines detailed here govern the shipment of products exclusively to addresses within the UK and Australian borders. At present, our logistics network does not accommodate deliveries to postal boxes, military zones, or any international territories outside of our two primary markets.

Dispatch Operations and Starting Points
Although VEXFA maintains its registered business address in London, our physical inventory is managed and dispatched through a global network of logistics partners and storage facilities. As a result, the physical location from which your parcel begins its journey may not match our registered address. When you complete a transaction on our storefront, you agree and understand that your goods might be packaged and shipped from an overseas fulfilment hub.

Preparation and Handling Periods
Once your payment is securely verified, our personnel require one to two business days during the standard Monday through Friday workweek to prepare your items for their journey. Any purchases finalised after 5:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) will roll over to the next operational business day for processing.

Transportation and Arrival Estimates
Our standard transit phase generally requires between six and twelve business days to complete once the package leaves the warehouse. We partner with trusted couriers - including Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, and DHL for UK deliveries, and equivalent local carriers for shipments to Australia. Factoring in the initial preparation stage, you should anticipate receiving your goods within seven to fourteen business days from your checkout date, depending heavily on your exact geographical location and the current inventory at our warehouses. Please keep in mind that these timeframes are approximate projections, meaning your actual delivery date could fluctuate slightly due to busy holiday periods or unforeseeable external circumstances. Additionally, please remember that your thirty-day return window officially begins on the date your delivery is completed.

Monitoring Your Package
Every single purchase is equipped with comprehensive tracking capabilities. As soon as your parcel is handed over to the courier service, we will dispatch an electronic message containing your unique tracking code alongside a direct web link so you can observe the progress of your delivery as it happens.

Unexpected Transportation Hold-ups
Our team makes every possible effort to ensure your package arrives within the projected timeframe, yet unavoidable delays occasionally surface because of severe weather conditions, massive holiday order surges, or internal carrier disruptions. Should your parcel fail to appear by the end of its anticipated arrival window, please contact our support division immediately so we can intervene and assist you.

Missing or Compromised Shipments
In the unfortunate event that your goods go missing in transit or show up bearing physical damage, submit a formal report to info@vexfa.com containing your transaction reference and any relevant photographic proof of the damage. We will immediately launch an investigation into the matter and arrange for a swift replacement or a comprehensive refund to resolve the issue entirely.
